US Presidential Race for 2016 Heats Up with GOP Debate

In a little over 24 hours, the top 10 Republican candidates will be debating on the Fox News Network. It will be interesting to see if Donald Trump can pull off a stunning victory in the debates.

In several interviews, Mr. Trump said that he was not preparing for the debate and will be just open and honest. After listening to several of his interviews on Fox, I have noticed that when he is asked about specifics regarding the funding of the wall between the United States and Mexico, he dodged the question and talked about the inexperience of the people who negotiate trade agreements.

Nancy Pelosi, in an interview with Bob Schieffer on "Face the Nation", said that she would use the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution to raise the debt limit.

During that same interview, she criticizes Republicans for raising the debt limit under George Bush. She would have everyone believe that the Republicans raised the debt limit without any fuss from Democrats or even votes from her own party.
