In a stunning blow, England's Prime Minister, David Cameron, had 80 members of his own party rebel against their leadership and voted in favor of a referendum regarding England's membership in the EU.
Although the vote is not legally binding, it does signal a change with the people in England. The referendum seems to be gaining support.
Could this spell the end of the EU? Not really, but it is significant nevertheless.
