In a hypothetical presidential matchup between Herman Cain and President Obama, Cain leads Obama by 2% according a Rasmussen report released today.
The question that is on the minds of most is whether or not this is a temporary bounce for Cain. Or, is the Cain Train gaining more steam and momentum?
