Euro Zone Wants to Increase Rescue Fund to 1 Trillion Euros

European leaders want to increase the size of the rescue fund to 1 trillion euros and ask Greece's creditors to accept a 50% loss on their bondholdings.

Plans for handling the debt crisis have not been fully formed and still being discussed. Reuters managed to a get a copy of a draft with some details. The draft outlined options for using the 440 billion euro fund to help heavily indebted nations.
