Texas Governor Rick Perry will be unveiling his flat tax plan on Tuesday in South Carolina. Sources close to the campaign say that the flat tax will be 20% with an individual deduction of $12,500.
Perry has been consulting with Steve Forbes on this plan. It is also thought that Forbes will announce his endorsement of Perry after Perry announces his flat tax plan.
